These Terms of Service are effective as of June 27, 2025.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) and all Policies listed on theufo.space/termsgovern and apply to your use of the free and paid services, software and websites (the “Service(s)”) provided by Mango Technologies, Inc. DBA SpaceUFO (“SpaceUFO”, “we”, “our”, etc.), and any data, text, files, information, usernames, images, graphics, photos, profiles, audio and video clips, sounds, musical works, works of authorship, applications, links, created tasks and associated information, text, files and other content or materials (together, the “Content”) uploaded, downloaded, or appearing on our websites or applications.

If you’re using our Service on behalf of an organization or entity (“Organization”), then you are agreeing to these Terms on behalf of that Organization and you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind the Organization to these Terms. In that case, “you” and “your” refers to that Organization.

Our Terms and Privacy Policy affect your legal rights and obligations. If you do not agree to be bound by all of these, please do not access or use our Service.

1. Your User Account. You will at all times be responsible for the following while using the Service:

1.1. Accurate Information. Providing accurate information when you create your SpaceUFO account;

1.2. Safeguarding of your Account. Safeguarding any passwords and for all activities that occur in your account; and

1.3. Security Notification. Immediately notifying SpaceUFO if you become aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

1.4. Appropriate Permissions. You may never use another user’s account without permission.

1.5. Restrictions on Use. You may not disassemble, decompile, or reverse engineer the Service or attempt or assist anyone else to do so, unless such restriction is prohibited by law.

1.6. Human Intervention. Your account must be registered by a human. Accounts registered by "bots" or other automated methods are not permitted.

1.7. Age Restrictions. By registering for a SpaceUFO account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 16 years of age or older.

1.8. Unauthorized Use. You may not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You agree to comply with all laws, rules, and regulations (for example, federal, state, local and provincial) applicable to your use of the Service and your Content (defined below), including but not limited to copyright laws.

1.9. Fees Payable. In the event you have a paid account, in exchange and consideration for the Services, you will pay all applicable fees as they become due. This includes but is not limited to any additional fees for all add-ons, guest-types user roles or limited members, or overages. Fees for any overages may be billed in arrears. If such fees are being paid via credit card or other electronic means, you authorize us to charge such fees using your selected payment method. You are responsible for providing complete and accurate billing information to SpaceUFO. We may suspend or terminate your use of the Service if fees become past due. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as set forth in Section 1.14.

1.10. Taxes. You are responsible for all taxes (excluding taxes on our net income), and we will charge tax if required to do so by law. If you have any tax-exemptions which you would like applied to your invoice, you must provide proof of such exemption at the time of your purchase for it to apply.

1.11. Purchase Orders. If you require the use of a purchase order or purchase order number, you (a) must provide the purchase order number at the time of purchase; and (b) agree that any terms and conditions on your purchase order will not apply and are null and void.

1.12. Automatic Renewal. By default, customer accounts are set to automatically renew and we may automatically charge you for such renewal on or after the renewal date associated with your account unless you have cancelled the Service. For customers on an annual Services plan, you must provide us with notice of any downgrades or cancellations to your purchased Services (including but not limited to full cancellations of your account, reductions in user counts, changes to your Services packages, or the discontinuation of any add-ons or upgrades) at least thirty days prior to your Services renewal date or your Services will automatically renew for an additional twelve month period.

1.13. Revised Fees. We may revise the fees for the Service from time to time and will provide you with email notice of any changes in fees at least thirty (30) days prior to your Service renewal date.
